We are currently accepting applications for non-food vendors only. We are not accepting food or beverage vendors at this time. Our existing food operations are part of the traveling Vegas Pumpkin Patch team; applications from outside food or drink vendors are not being considered.
We are not currently set up to coordinate outside food and beverage vendors under the applicable Clark County permitting process.
This applies to food, beverages, desserts, coffee, snacks and any other edible or drinkable product, including free samples. If that is what you sell, please do not apply; an application cannot be submitted for these vendor types, and we will not collect your details or follow up.

Non-Food Vendors With Something Fun To Sell Or Show
Vegas Pumpkin Patch is a free-entry, free-parking Halloween carnival with rides, midway games and a steady crowd of families, teens and date nights. If your product or service is not edible or drinkable and fits that crowd, we would like to hear about it. Every application is subject to event approval.
Arts & crafts
Handmade goods, prints, décor, seasonal makers
Retail
Boutique goods, clothing, gifts, novelty shops
Merchandise
Branded or themed products and collectibles
Accessories
Jewelry, hats, bags, glow gear, costume pieces
Entertainment or services
Performers, face painting, photo services and similar, only where appropriate
Other non-food
Something else that is not edible or drinkable

Applying is a request to be considered. It is not a booking.

Submitting an application does not reserve a space, a booking or a date. Space is limited and every vendor is subject to event approval.
No fees until reviewed
You will not be asked for any fee with this form. If we want to move forward, we will contact you directly to talk through details and any costs before anything is agreed.
We reply personally
A member of the Vegas Pumpkin Patch team reads each application and replies to the email or mobile number you provide. Not every application will be accepted, and we may not be able to reply to all of them.

You can add a link to your website, social page or portfolio. Please do not send files; this form does not accept uploads.
